Mgarr Apartment - Residential (Life Case Project)

An apartment situated in Mgarr, entrusted to Disinji. The design of the home was created giving particular attention to the client’s requirements. The objective for this project was to create a holistic approach through a Contemporary style. On the other hand, given the limited space within, one challenge we comprehended was to utmost use as much storage space as possible, whilst enhancing the space to make it feel like welcome to the client.

A continuous link between all rooms is consistent throughout the space by the types of materials and colour scheme chosen. A soft and smoother ambient was enhanced to brighten and illustrate the illusion of bigger rooms. Having the client side by side throughout the whole process was an asset to both as it gave the opportunity for the client to be part of their wonderful new journey to be undertaken.
