Casa Mensija is a fully bespoke family villa, designed and built to meet the clients’ lifestyle needs from the ground up. The project encompasses the full architectural layout, interior planning, custom furniture design, and outdoor living spaces, creating a seamless and cohesive environment throughout.

A major focus of the design was intentional functionality. Most of the furniture pieces are custom-made, planned to maximise storage and usability while maintaining a clean visual language and uninterrupted circulation. Materials, textures, and lighting were selected to evoke comfort and calm, balancing refined modern elements with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
